Milan is the city of fashion.

The capital of Lombardy is famous for its fashionists, but Milan has much more to offer besides fashion and lifestyle and is the most visited city in Italy after Rome.

The Milan Cathedral is the symbol of the city. Here you can admire almost 4000 statues. Either on foot or with the elevator you get up to the church roof. On a clear day you can see even the Alps.

In the luxurious ambience of the shopping mall Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. you can get in the mood for the special world of the fashion stars. Noble boutiques, restaurants and cafés gather under the glass roof. Milan's fashion district is home to over 200 designer boutiques along Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga and their cross streets. The shops of international fashion chains are spread around the Cathedral Square and on Via Torino.
