Your tour begins on the Promenade des Anglais, which stretches along the coast in Nice. There you can watch the azure sea and the people strolling while enjoying an Aperol. And the many marchés, or markets, offer products from the region.
Visit the Notre Dame of Nice, treat yourself to a tasty snack on Rue Bonaparte. And then continue to the Collins du Château park. Once you get to the top you can admire the waterfalls and enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.
The next day there is the next highlight on the program: Monaco. You can take the train regularly from Nice Central Station. The journey takes about half an hour. When you arrive in Monaco you will be overwhelmed. So much luxury - in a very small space. Monaco is just two square kilometers in size, making it the second smallest country in the world.
Every day at 5 to 12 the changing of the guard takes place on the palace square. Well worth seeing! The next day you can pick up a rental car in Nice to explore the Côte d'Azur on your own. Cannes, for example, is known as a film city, but for high society with its luxury yachts.
