Puerto Rico\u2019s food is just as rich as its culture. Known as Comida Criolla, the local cuisine is a flavorful fusion of Spanish, African, and Ta\u00edno (indigenous) traditions.<\/p>\n

Our favorite dish? Definitely Mofongo \u2013 mashed green plantains seasoned with garlic and often filled with meat, seafood, or vegetables. Add a side of arroz con habichuelas (rice and beans), and you\u2019ve got the perfect island meal.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t leave without trying tostones, lech\u00f3n (roast pork), and a pi\u00f1a colada \u2013 which, fun fact, was invented in Puerto Rico!<\/p>\n
